We do not allow websites with adult content. Images content children or any images/pictures will be suspended/terminated without notifications.
The size of single MS SQL database will not exceed the limitation allocated to the hosting accounts.
If your hosting, or reseller account excessive CPU cycles or any resources that cause strain to other sites. We reserve the new terms that you upgrade your hosting or reseller plan.
DOS attacks directed to Smartwebhub (Blue Space IT Solution) or any attempts a DOS attack from our servers are strictly prohibited.
If you misbehave/disrespect to Smartwebhub (Blue Space IT Solution) staff, we have full right to terminate the hosting, Development or SEO work immediately and no refund will be provided to customers.
Emails used for spamming will qualify your account for immediate deactivation with no refund.
Smartwebhub (Blue Space IT Solution) will take efforts to take back up data for customers on a regular basis; however, Smartwebhub (Blue Space IT Solution) doesn't guarantee the existence, or regularity of its back up services. So, you are responsible to take back up of you and your customer’s data on a regular basis.
Customer (You) are responsible for any misuse of your account and you must take care of such logins and passwords, so that other can't get unauthorized access to your accounts.
Keep your password safe, you are responsible to keep the record of the things.
Attempting to obtain another user's account password is strictly not allowed, and will result in termination of your service.
Smartwebhub (Blue Space IT Solution) reserves the right to modify or change these terms of service at all the times. All customers, resellers are bound by the latest terms of service published on this website.
We may suspend your Account immediately upon breach by you of any of the terms and conditions herein, abuse received, including, without limitation, late or non-payment of monies due.
