1. 1. All the signups placed by customers in Smart Web Hub (Blue Space IT Solution) will go through a stringent fraud detection process. Our verification/billing department would cross-check all the information given during the signup. This is done to initiate that the customer is aware of what they have buy from us as also the fact that the signup has been made with their knowledge. All the accounts (Includes all services) are setup only after confirming the genuinity of the signup.
  2. 2. All the signups will be verified manually by our billing department. Our billing verification will cross check everything before it goes to the process. This is done to conform that the customer or account holder is aware of the sign up with his/her knowledge. All the orders are setup only after confirming the genuinely of the sign up.
  3. 3. Payments - All charges are shown in USD & INR Payments are to be made in INR or USD. We accept the following types of payment:

    Indian Customers – Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, Cheque, DD and Cash

    Overseas Customers – by Paypal - Debit/Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Switch/Solo, UK Maestro)

    PayPal (Paypal is for U.S/Europe/Middle East and all other countries except India)

  4. 4. Billing Cycles -
    We accept monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual payments. Our shared hosting plans can also be paid bi-annually.
    We accept payment yearly payments for Linux web hosting, reseller hosting, onetime payment for development projects & monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually for SEO projects.
  5. 5. Orders which are paid by bank transfers will be proceeded only after we get conformation or proof of payment received. If you have transferred online please sent us the transactions details or cash deposit paid receipt (scanned copy) to be sent to billing@smartwebhub.com
  6. 6. Change of billing cycles - If you want to change the billing cycles, cancellation or termination of your services. An email should be sent to billing@smartwebhub.com to proceed. Requests on live chat or through phone will not be accepted.
  7. 7. Account Invoice Reminders - Account renewal reminders will be sent before 14 days of the actual renewal. This is done to ensure that the customer get enough time to make the payments. Second reminder is sent before 7 days of the renewal and third and final reminder would be sent on the day of renewal.
  8. 8. Non Payments – Grace period of 7 days is given on hosting & reseller accounts. 8th day of the account will be suspended due to non payment and email would be sent informing about the suspension of service. In hosting accounts, if non paid, no back up will be provided until the payment is done. We would allow more 5 days after suspension for the renewal fee to be paid. The hosting account will be terminated permanently after 5 days of suspension. SEO Services 4 days of grace period is given to renew of service or an email would be sent of stop of the work. In development, no grace period is given.
  9. 9. We have a 30-day money back guarantee period within which the customer is free to cancel their service & claim a refund of the charges paid. However, domain registration charges, domain transfer charges & vps servers do not comes under 30 days money back guarantee. All additional features added to an account are charged according to the Billing Cycle. Additional items are non-refundable.

    The refund does not cover the followings:

    • Any additional over-usage
    • Any control panel charges / anti-virus program charges

    Payment Methods (We have tie up with Payment Gateway companies, if your website payment gateway is not approved by them, we will refund your full money within 8 working days).

  10. 10. Domain Expiry - If the domain expires, please notify us through email. So that we will try our best to renew the domain name. If you do not contact us for the domain name renewal, the domain may expire and will move into redemption period which will cost high by domain registrar and not by us. So to avoid the domain to redemption period, renew within the expiry date.
  11. 11. Charge Backs - Smart Web Hub never allows charge back from (both Indian & foreign customers) by debit, credit, internet & other payments done. It is not recommended to charge back accordingly customers has already agreed while placing the order to the billing policies and the terms and conditions as given in this document and smart web hub will use this billing document and customers agreement at the time of the order to wholeheartedly fight a charge back and/ dispute.
    Such charge backs will result to account suspension of web hosting account and another charge will be applied the customer’s credit card under the same order/ authorization number. Any customer, who provides a credit card or other payment method charge back in response to a bill and/or order placed at smart web hub, will be subject to collections and legal action will be done.
    Charge backs will also result you the fine of Rs.2500 or $50 for charge back usage. In addition if collections action is required a 18% collections fee will be assessed as well for the total amount.
  12. 12. Hosting accounts terminated due to any complaints, copy-right infringement violations break of our policies we may suspend or terminate the account after receiving evidence. In this case no refund will be given at all.
